The majority of our NZNAMlink products are sourced from Vietnam using businesses that practise fair trade principles.

Our main supplier is a Vietnamese fair trade organisation who supports Vietnamese artisans, in particular, ethnic minorities, street children and artisans with disabilities.  In preserving handicraft traditions, this fair trade organisation mentors Vietnamese artisans with product design and development. Assistance and education in management, bookkeeping and marketing strategies are also provided.  Artisans also receive tools, interest free loans and literacy classes.

We have worked closely with our Vietnamese business partners to bring you a range of vibrant silk, velvet and other textile products.  

We would also like to bring to your attention the work being undertaken by The Blue Dragon organisation throughout Vietnam.

The Blue Dragon organisation was founded in 2004 by Michael Brosowski and is a charitably funded, non-government organisation based in Hanoi.  The Blue Dragon reaches out to children in crisis throughout Vietnam. It has residential facilities, centres and programmes that give children and youth a chance to have a home, a good education and a happy, stable life.

We have personally visited the Blue Dragon, Hanoi on several ocassions and have great respect for the work they are doing with the children and their families.

During our travels throughout Vietnam we have been privileged to have met some wonderful people and have formed life long friendships with the people we work with.
